Essas recomendações não substituem protocolos locais, o julgamento clínico ou o processo de tomada de decisão compartilhada entre médico(a) e paciente.
Ressalta-se que todas as orientações devem ser interpretadas à luz de outros achados clínicos, laboratoriais e de imagem que possam surgir após sua emissão.
